NON FOOD TRADER
- Photographic I.D (passport/driving licence)
- Proof of Address (driving licence/utility bill)
- Public Liability Insurance
FOOD TRADER
- Photographic I.D (passport/driving licence)
- Proof of Address (driving licence/utility bill)
- Address of registered business (if different to above)
- Public Liability Insurance
- Proof of Registration with (your) Local Council
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Food Hygiene Rating (if applicable)
- PAT Testing and Gas Safety (if applicable)
- Detailed Menu of the food you wish to sell
- Photograph of your stall set up
RECENT INVOICES
- Copies of recent invoices will be required to comply with trading standards
